Here you will find detailed instructions on returning our product for a reward. All
components are labeled in Braille. Below are the steps on returning our product.

Product Return Overview

Use this track to return product to the rental kiosk. This unit offers a reward.

  • located in the center of the equipment.
  • Located in the center or left side of the equipment.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Check for a Reward Coin Cup

  • Verify if the machine has a reward cup. If the machine has this cup, it will provide a reward when you return the product .

Return the Product

  • Align the wheel with the product return rail
  • Slide the product along the rail.
  • The machine will “dispense” a coin reward once the product has been returned properly.

    * The product must be returned to the same side from which it was rented. If rented from the right side, align the right wheel with the track. If rented from the left side, align the left wheel with the track.
