Galaxy Kiosk

Here you will find detailed instructions on how to rent our product. All
components are labeled in Braille, and screen reader functionality is available
for users who need it. Below are the steps to use the machine.

Kiosk Overview

When standing in front of the machine, you will find:

  • On the right.
  • On the right, below the credit card reader.
  • On the left, next to the bill acceptor.
  • In the center.
  • On the bottom left.
  • Cash (bills)
  • Credit Cards (tap, insert, or swipe)

For screen reader users.

  • On the bottom left.

How to Use the Screen Reader

Connect your headphones to the audio jack.

  • The screen reader activates automatically.

Use the physical controls panel to navigate:

  • Up, Down, Left, Right for navigation.
  • Center Button to select options.

Change the language anytime by selecting the language option at the bottom of the screen.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Select Your Service

  • The welcome page will appear first.
  • Use the touchscreen or the physical controls panel to select the service you need.

Choose Your Payment Method

  • After selecting the service, choose your payment option:
    • Insert bills into the center right slot.
    • Insert coins into the coin acceptor on the center left slot.
    • Tap, insert, or swipe your card at the reader on the right.

Make the Payment

  • The kiosk will guide you through the process with both visual and audio instructions.

Confirmation

  • The screen will display a confirmation message.
  • For screen reader users, an audio confirmation will play.

Your rental is complete. Thank you for your business

Return and Rewards

  • Return product to designated areas.
  • Some return areas offer rewards for returning our product.
    Not all locations provide return rewards.
