Drew joined Smarte Carte in 2019 as President and Chief Operating Officer before transitioning to the position of Chief Executive Officer and joining the Board of Directors in 2020.
Before joining Smarte Carte, Drew worked for 15 years at gategroup (Gate Gourmet), the Swiss-based global provider of in-flight catering with $5B in sales and over 40,000 employees across 200+ operating units in 60 countries. His roles included Chief Commercial and Corporate Development Officer, where he was responsible for enterprise-wide sales, marketing, and M&A, and President of North America, where he had P&L leadership for the $1.3B division with 13,000 employees across 40 locations. He also served as a member of the Executive Management Board and played an integral role in the company’s turnaround, stabilization, and growth.
Prior to gategroup, Drew worked for Oliver Wyman, where he advised senior leadership on critical strategic and operational issues in several different industries.
Drew has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern, where he was an F.C. Austin Scholar.

Scott joined Smarte Carte in 2008 as a Senior Accountant and has since held various finance positions within the company. He demonstrated his expertise and dedication, leading to progressive promotions throughout his tenure. In 2020, Scott assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer, solidifying his vital role in the organization's financial management.
Prior to his journey with Smarte Carte, Scott gained extensive experience working in finance roles across different industries. Notably, he contributed to the financial success of notable companies such as Target Corporation and Andersen Windows. These experiences provided Scott with a diverse range of knowledge and insights into financial operations in both large and small organizations.
During his time at Smarte Carte, Scott has played a pivotal role in overseeing critical finance functions across the global enterprise. From financial reporting, accounting, and financial planning and analytics to treasury, business intelligence, insurance, and financial due diligence, Scott's responsibilities have spanned a broad spectrum. His strategic guidance and expertise have been instrumental in driving operational reporting visibility and leveraging analytical influence to enhance margins and achieve continuous improvement.

Thor joined Smarte Carte in late 2016 as the Sr. Director for Retail Operations. Since then, he has demonstrated his exceptional leadership skills and operational expertise, earning increasing levels of responsibility within the organization. Currently, as Chief Operating Officer, he oversees the worldwide operations strategy and execution for all of Smarte Carte's product and service lines.
Prior to joining Smarte Carte, Thor had a distinguished career in the United States Navy, where he served as a naval aviator and later as an operational test pilot and test director, mission-qualified in all models of F-14 and F/A-18 tactical aircraft. His military career demonstrated his commitment to excellence and allowed him to develop valuable skills in leadership and operational management.
Thor's experience extends beyond the military. He has honed his skills in Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement strategies, team development, and leadership through various manufacturing and supply chain roles at Visiontek LLC, Lithonia Lighting, and W.W. Grainger Inc. These experiences provided him with a comprehensive understanding of operational excellence and the ability to drive efficiency and productivity within complex organizations.
Thor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, providing him with a solid technical foundation. Complementing his engineering background, he pursued an MBA from The Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, enhancing his business acumen.

Steve joined Smarte Carte in 2009 as a Business Developer, displaying his entrepreneurial spirit and drive for success. Through his dedication and hard work, he steadily climbed the ranks of Smarte Carte, assuming various operations and business development roles within the organization.
Currently, Steve holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer, where he plays a crucial role in shaping and executing Smarte Carte's sales, marketing, and product strategy across the entire enterprise. His visionary leadership and strategic thinking contribute to the company's continued growth and success.
Before joining Smarte Carte, Steve gained valuable experience at BI Worldwide, where he worked as a Project Manager. In this role, he successfully sold and created incentive and engagement programs for Fortune 500 companies such as Best Buy, Verizon, and AT&T. Additionally, Steve distinguished himself as a Product Line Owner, creating and managing a new product platform that facilitated the creation, routing, and compensation of referrals within large, complex organizations.

Before joining Smarte Carte, Greg held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Sherwin-Williams, a leading global company. In this role, he provided legal support to various business units, including general industrial, packaging, automotive, and supply chain. Greg's expertise and guidance proved invaluable in ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks within the organization.
Greg's legal career has been marked by his exceptional ability to address critical legal matters and provide sound counsel. His breadth of experience spans multiple industries, enabling him to bring a well-rounded perspective to Smarte Carte's legal department.

Anise's previous role as the HR & Payroll Manager at a family-owned construction company for six years highlighted her ability to manage the full employee lifecycle. With a keen focus on employee engagement, payroll administration, benefits management, and compliance, she ensured the smooth functioning of HR operations within the organization.

Trisha joined Smarte Carte in 2017 as the Director of Product Development and was promoted to her current role in 2020. With over twenty years of leadership and technical experience, she has a proven track record in driving business transformation and product development across diverse industries.
Trisha started her technical career at Gateway Computers, where she designed curriculum and delivered training to technicians. She then worked as a consultant in front-end development, technical writing, and information architecture roles at renowned companies such as Medtronic, Boston Scientific, and Beckman Coulter.
Building on her technical expertise, Trisha successfully tackled enterprise system implementations, new product launches, and organizational change management at Broadcom and Target. Her ability to navigate complex projects and foster collaboration played a key role in achieving successful outcomes.
